Design
Thomas Halliwell’s skilled designers work to strict project briefs, delivering mechanical and electrical designs that are not only aesthetic and functional, but also regulation compliant.
Many of our builds cater to industries where health and safety, hygiene, manufacturing regulations, and electrical specifications are audited. Every project adheres to industry requirements, and we use high-quality components to ensure longevity.

Our designers liaise with contractors directly, leveraging our M&E know-how to create spaces where occupants feel comfortable.
Fit-Out
A well thought out design and a quality build are vital to a project’s success, but post-build installations are what make a space fit-for-purpose.
We offer a holistic service when it comes to fitting out a location. We install components to manufacturer guidance and commission their use, but we also source specialist equipment as well.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. During the fit-out stage, our installation team conduct strict quality checks. We review every minor detail to make sure that each final element – no matter how small – is completed to the same quality standards as the rest of the build.

Commissioning
Our experienced commissioning personnel are qualified to verify performance requirements for a broad range of different components.
From light fittings and standard fire regulations to specialised medical equipment, we offer a comprehensive service to make sure that staff can begin using of our solutions from the day we hand over the keys.
Handover only occurs once all equipment has been signed off as compliant to industry regulations. Everything is checked and tested, accreditations are passed on, and all equipment is certified as fit for use. Post-project support is available from our dedicated support team.
