Thomas Halliwell provides full MEP package for the refurbishment of a new mortuary department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in London.
The team worked in partnership with Vinci Facilities, who were the FM contractor for the site. Due to the sensitive circumstances, we consistently undertook these works through normal working and out of hours with minimum disruption to the day-to-day running of the area.
The team wasted no time in getting started
The works included new containment, lighting, power, data, plumbing, extraction and ventilation as well as full coordination with the main contractor and other trades. The project was heavily praised by the mortuary staff once the works were completed.
