The team applied their mechanical electrical, and renewable expertise to design and build a brand new service yard area for the recently opened RHS Bridgewater Centre in Worsley. We worked closely with the client to construct a space that is suitable for their staff.

The M&E installation comprised of: electrical power, lighting & emergency lighting, lightning protection, data, fire alarm, access control, intercom, radiant electric panels, boosted hot water for trough sinks & kitchen area, disabled toilet including a walk-in shower, with systems to accommodate ventilation, trace heating, insulation, and vehicle exhaust.
