Thomas Halliwell deliver a full electrical installation for The Lowry Mill in Manchester.

Lowry Mill, situated in Swinton, Manchester, was constructed in 1883 as a Victorian Spinning Mill and served the textile industry for over a hundred years. In 2008, Vanguard Holdings acquired the mill and transformed it significantly to offer high-quality office spaces that range between 2,000 and 22,000 square feet across 5 floors. As the mill was undergoing an extensive refurbishment, we worked directly with the client to carry out the electrical installation of a newly built commercial kitchen and chef’s office on the site.

The team delivered a comprehensive electrical fit-out service

This included new three-phase & single-phase power supplies, architectural feature lighting, L.E.D. lighting, general task lighting and general lighting and power supplies to the chef’s office.
