As the preferred M&E contractor named in the tender document we carried out the M&E package for the re brand of this Skoda car showroom. The works undertaken was new floor box installation, external signage supplies, voice and data system, internal, L.E.D. track and external lighting, heating to offices & new water supplies for customer area. This was our first job undertaken for Cubby Construction and was carried out while the showroom was not operational and was completed on time and in budget.
