Working alongside the main contractor, CES Limited, the Thomas Halliwell team were taken on to improve the social housing experience of their tenants which included the adaptations to accommodate both new kitchens and bathrooms in each residential property.

The works included new electrics, lighting, and a range of other services and to carry out testing and inspections to ensure all homes are safe and up to current standards.
