George Eliot Hospital, Nuneaton

George Eliot Hospital provides a wide range of medical services to over 300,000 people from their hub in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Their vision? To excel at patient care.

The NHS Trust’s five-year estate strategy is dedicated to the provision of safe, secure, high-quality healthcare buildings to support current and future service needs. And with an increased patient backlog due to the COVID-19 pandemic, George Eliot Hospital needed a cutting-edge, turnkey facility to expand their patient and staff services.

A modular building unit would allow the hospital to expand their facilities quickly, and with minimal disruption to patients. Once the building shell was placed by Wernick Buildings, MIG Medical then contracted their trusted partner Thomas Halliwell to deliver a comprehensive electrical fit-out in the new wing.
